Delete Your Yarda Account

This page explains how to delete your account for Yarda, the AI landscape design app published by Yarda AI Landscape Studio, on the web (yarda.pro), iOS, and Android, and what happens to your data when you do.

1. Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to Yarda in the iOS or Android app, or at yarda.pro.
  2. Open Account (Account Settings) and stay on the Profile tab.
  3. Under Delete Account, tap Delete Account, read the summary, type DELETE, and confirm.

In most cases deletion happens immediately and you are signed out. It cannot be undone. If your account has records other people depend on, such as an open proposal or project in the contractor marketplace, the app tells you so and our support team completes the deletion with you instead.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@yarda.pro from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We may ask you to confirm you own the account, and we complete verified requests within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

  • Your account, sign-in identity, email address, and profile
  • Your saved designs, property addresses, and Pro workspace (sites, concepts, and bid sheets)
  • Your generated images and uploaded photos, which are removed from our storage shortly after your account is deleted
  • Your trial credits, token balance, credit history, and referral records
  • Your quote requests, support chats, tickets, and feedback
  • Your email preferences and the entries for your email address on Yarda's marketing lists

4. What is retained, and for how long

  • Payment records: Invoices and payment records (charges and refunds) are kept for as long as tax, accounting, and anti-fraud laws require. They are held by our payment processor, Stripe, which also keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy. Saved cards are removed from your Stripe customer record, and we never store full card numbers.
  • Free-usage records: Anonymous usage counts by visitor, address, and a salted hash of IP address are kept for up to 90 days for abuse prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • De-identified records: Usage and cost statistics that are no longer linked to you may be kept.
  • Backups: Deleted data can remain in encrypted database backups until those backups expire on their regular schedule.

5. Subscriptions

A subscription you bought on yarda.pro is cancelled immediately when you delete your account, without a refund for the current billing period.

Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google and are not cancelled when you delete your Yarda account. Cancel them in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
